You may be travelling from another country, living elsewhere in Italy or simply dreaming of a celebration away from home. We choose the destination around your priorities, your budget and the people joining you. Lake Maggiore and northern Italy are possibilities, not boundaries.
Video meetings and written summaries keep decisions clear: what is confirmed, which proposals need comparing and what comes next. We plan useful venue visits and appointments together, taking travel and time zones into account.

We begin with what matters most to you and an overall budget. I help compare venue and supplier proposals, checking inclusions and additional costs before you commit. My proposal sets out the planning work and fee separately from services supplied by other professionals.
Already chosen your venue, photographer or caterer? We start with those agreements. I collect contacts, timings and practical requirements, then coordinate the agreed work through a shared schedule.
Before the day, we connect setup, ceremony, reception and travel times, including a weather alternative where needed. On the day I coordinate the responsibilities entrusted to me, while you spend time with your guests.
Guest accommodation & transfers
Welcome begins before the wedding.
I research hotels and other accommodation around your guests’ needs, location and budget. We compare availability and terms before confirming who will make each booking.
For guests arriving by plane or train, I coordinate cars or vans through transport operators. Arrival times, passenger numbers and luggage help shape journeys between airports, stations, accommodation and the venue, including the return after the celebration.
I handle the search and coordination. Accommodation is provided by the selected properties and transport by the appointed operators. Availability, prices, booking responsibilities and any additional wedding-weekend arrangements are agreed in the proposal.
Questions before we begin

Do we need to live in Switzerland?
No. I work with couples from any country who wish to celebrate in Italy.
Can we plan without frequent trips?
Yes. We organise remote meetings and decide together which visits are useful for venue viewings, tastings or other appointments.
Can you help with ceremony paperwork?
I help organise the planning timeline and direct you to the relevant authorities. They must confirm the documents and requirements for your circumstances and chosen ceremony.
